Invest in a world full of learning and laughter ... with a business that secures your happy ever after

The UK’s premier drama-in-education company for the early years is recruiting new franchise partners to join their successful team

Why become a Debutots franchisee?

starOur franchisees profit from the security of a proven product, and are able to grow their business with the ongoing, personal support of a dedicated Head Office team

We created Debutots because we felt passionate about learning through story and drama in the early years. Debutots’ popularity soared with nurseries, schools and parents and franchising then provided the secure platform for other dedicated people to share in our work and business success. Each Debutots franchise is an individual business that we wholeheartedly invest our time, knowledge and enthusiasm in.

"With a franchise like Debutots, you’re buying into an exceptional and flawless ready-made product, with all the systems in place. There’s continual support and training, leaving you free and confident to get on and enjoy running the classes knowing that everything’s been tried and tested a thousand times before."
Jen, Franchisee -Finchley, Hampstead and Muswell Hill

starOur franchisees work around their family commitments

Quality family time is at the very core of our philosophy here, and if we couldn’t make this business work around our family commitments, then we certainly wouldn’t have the time to tell you about it! 93% of our franchisees are mums and 77% of those mums run the franchise with children not even at school age yet. But, parent or not, we know our business model has to be flexible enough to work around your life, and successful enough to bring in that much-needed income to your home. Our continued franchisee satisfaction proves that it does.

"Our franchisees work around their family commitments, Charlotte and Karen have always encouraged me to run my business entirely around my lifestyle and above all my three young sons. I am laying the foundations of my business now, safe in the knowledge that as my sons get a little older, and my free time increases, I can build on these foundations and expand my business accordingly. Becoming a Debutots franchisee has been the beginning of an exciting and rewarding venture and each day as I get more interest from nurseries and schools in my area, I get more and more excited about what the future holds for me and my business!"
Clare, Franchisee – Rayleigh, Leigh on Sea and Southend on Sea

starOur franchisees still make a healthy return despite the economic climate

People will always invest in developing children’s communication, social and emotional skills: it’s our future. Our franchisees continue to benefit from a diverse and stable customer base including: nurseries, schools, after-school clubs, children’s centres, local councils, libraries and parents with their little ones in local venues. Not only does this give you flexibility as to how you want to run your business, it also means that even in an economic downturn, you and your business won’t suffer.

"I was recently interviewed by my local radio station and they asked me: ‘How’s business in the current economic climate?’ Well, the answer’s simple... I started my business in September and so I’ve been working in the ‘current economic climate’ from the start and don’t know anything different! All I do know is that because Debutots classes tick a lot of boxes – they’re educational and fun – parents are happy to spend their money on the activity. Schools and nurseries wanting to enrich their curriculum or provide Debutots as an after-school club are also keeping me busy! So in short, the future’s bright for my business – thank goodness!"

starOur franchisees can be their own boss AND enjoy the security of a supportive, experienced network

You choose your targets, timetables, holidays, lunch breaks, even your own colleagues! If you’ve taken a career break, had a family, want a change, always had a dream or need to boost the family income on a part-time or full-time basis, then our franchise is a guaranteed supportive, successful and confidence-building business for you.

Our comprehensive training and friendly network ensures you can boldly take that step back into the workplace, or fearlessly leap into self-employment. You’ll develop your current skills, learn valuable new ones, and have steadfast support from other franchisees (and us!) who have all been through it before.

"I chose a Debutots franchise as it gave me a chance to use my skills whilst running a business which fits in perfectly with family life. I have received fantastic support from the very start. The training was just exhilarating – it was thorough, very inspiring (exhausting too!) and gave me the confidence to go out there and build my business. Even now, it is still such a comfort to know there is always someone at the end of the phone at Head Office to support and help, should the need arise! Working with the children is incredibly rewarding as you see their confidence and imaginations grow week by week. Being a franchisee is so much fun – it keeps you fit and every day brings a new adventure!"
Laura, Franchisee – Harrow, North Hillingdon and Rickmansworth
